Building on the Parks and Recreation Master Plan's priorities, we have now completed the Citywide Trails Master Plan to implement ways to enhance connectivity,walkability and access across our city with the help of your input.
As we continue to to re-invent, re-brand and reshape ourselves in the way we provide program delivery, how we provide services to all citizens and most importantly ensuring that we remain efficient, effective and essential, we turned to the team that is a national leader and understands Norfolk: Next Practice Partners.
